However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 31, 2013, the Defendant was subject to the control on the ground that he driven G Oba while under the influence of alcohol to the slopeF belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station E- Zone, which was a patrol in front of the D cafeteria located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan, on the ground that he driven G Oba while under the influence of alcohol.

The Defendant did not drive the F in order to ask F to present his identification card, and assault F by hand, such as F’s hand, with a hand, a hand knife, and a hand knife F’s hand knife with a hand knife.

Around 23:10 on July 31, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by a slopef belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station E-district, which patroled in the jurisdiction while driving GOtob while under the influence of alcohol in front of the D cafeteria located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan, but the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol. At the time, there was considerable reason to recognize that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, such as smelling and snicking on the face.

On July 31, 2013, at around 23:30, the Defendant was demanded to comply with a drinking test by inserting approximately 20 minutes into a drinking measuring instrument three-minutes in the E zone located in Nam-gu, Busan, by inserting the breath of the E zone.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not comply with a police officer’s request for a alcohol test without justifiable grounds while taking a bath and avoiding nests.
