1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 269,386,067 and KRW 86,898,730 among them.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation registered as a rearrangement project management company under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”); the Defendant is a housing redevelopment project partnership established on August 31, 2007 for the purpose of the housing redevelopment improvement project of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government under the Urban Improvement Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents.

The business name: The location of the redevelopment improvement project for Hasking-5 Zone 1: The total floor area for 99 square meters in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government: approximately 29,872.67 square meters: approximately 88,762.75 square meters of service costs shall be the amount calculated by multiplying the total floor area of construction at the time of authorization for the implementation of the project approved by the competent authority by the unit price of KRW 8,900 per square meter, and the value-added tax shall be separately paid.

The scope of services under Article 2 of the terms and conditions of a contract for services shall be entrusted by the defendant for the following redevelopment and improvement projects in accordance with the Urban Improvement Act:

1. Business support for the designation of improvement zones;

2. Preparation of amendments to the articles of association of the association;

3. Formulation of a rough project implementation plan;

4. Affairs to hold an ordinary general meeting;

5. Preparing a list of changes to members;

6. Preparation of documents concerning authorization for changes in the establishment of an association and administration;

7. Preparation of a detailed statement of rights by right holder;

8. Preparing a modified plan for State or public land gratuitously transferred or transferred;

3. Support for the selection of a cooperative company: 15. Consultation on the scale of a newly-built house and the number of households; 17.
