On March 2013, the Defendant came to know of the victim D (the age of 12) through "the conversation with the string of smartphones", and introduced the Defendant as 16 years of age, and continued to communicate with the Defendant through "Plastic Stockholm," and decided to associate with the victim.

On May 2013, the Defendant sent the victim’s message “(i) through the said plastic Stockholm,” stating, “If the Defendant does not transmit his/her chest, she will write an abnormal writing on the photograph sent by NA and spread it on the Internet,” and (ii) sent the victim’s photograph before sending the victim’s chest to him/her, as if the victim did not respond to it, by threatening him/her as if he/she were caught on the Internet, and was transmitted the victim’s chest to him/her, and continuously sent the victim’s photograph so that he/she would have his/her face and chest, the victim’s face and chest, and the video taken to have his/her chest.

At around 11:40 on August 3, 2013, the Defendant sent the victim the message “to be seen as a dynamic image” via the said Metetho, and sent the victim the message “to be seen as a dynamic image.” However, the Defendant sent the victim’s message “to be able to see, be able to see, be able to see, be able to see, be able to see, be able to 3 minutes, and to see, if she sent the video, then he sent the message to her sexual organ from the victim who was fright to her sexually and self-fry from the victim, and received the message from the victim on the same day at around 11:55 on the same day, he/she received the transmission of the dynamic image from the victim, “I am off,” “I am off his/her clothes” at around 12:01.
