A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated from the accused.
Punishment of the crime
On the basis of the knowledge of personal information such as friendship C, D, and E, the Defendant conspired to obtain a false loan from a lender with a resident registration certificate, driver's license, etc. under F, an accomplice, and another person's name.
1. In filing an application for the reissuance of a resident registration certificate in the name of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dong Office on June 26, 2012, the Defendant forged one copy of the application for the reissuance of a resident registration certificate in the name of C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising his/her signature and seal in the column for the applicant column of the “application for the reissuance of a resident registration certificate” using a verification-type pen, and forged one copy of the application for the reissuance of a resident registration certificate in the name of C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, from June 12, 2012 to August 2, 2012, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1), and forged and exercised the private document in the name of C, D, and E over 12 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes (1).
2. On July 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered the application form for the driver’s license for a motor vehicle in the name of C in the name of the public official in charge of the Seoul Provincial Police Agency, issued the driver’s license under the name of C on July 9, 2012; (b) made a false report to the public official; and (c) made a false report to C in the name of C in the name of the branch office of the Seoul Local Police Agency on July 10, 2012; (d) presented the false driver’s license and used the false entry; and (e) thereafter, made the false entry into the driver’s license under the name of C in the name of the branch office of the Seoul Local Police Agency, with the presentation of the false entry into the certificate from July 25, 2012 to July 25, 2012.
