Reasons

1. The construction price that the Plaintiff was not paid and damages for delay, even though the Plaintiff was awarded a contract for the civil works for the newly-built factory site in Yangyang-si by the Defendant, as well as the construction price that was not paid even after the completion of the said works from April 14, 2014 to July 1, 2014
