1. The defendant shall pay 186,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 29, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
1. The fact of the cause of the claim is the owner E and C Corporation located in Busan Metropolitan Government B and D Corporation are the owner, and F Corporation is the contractor. Among C Corporation, the Plaintiff had been awarded a subcontract for facilities and reinforced concrete construction, and subcontracted construction work for D Corporation which was not paid a subcontract for facilities and file construction among D Corporation.
On April 18, 2017, Co., Ltd. E and F agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 186,00,000 out of the subcontract remainder amount to KRW 100,000,000 until April 28, 2017, and KRW 86,00,000 until May 30, 2017, respectively, on the condition that the payment of the said installment is delayed once, the payment shall lose the benefit of time, and the unpaid amount shall be paid in addition to interest at the rate of 20% per annum.
