[criminal power] On May 6, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of one million won by committing a crime of violating the National Sports Promotion Act at the Cheongju District Court, and on December 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and a fine of five million won for one year by committing a crime of gambling at the Cheongju District Court.

"2019 Highest 4299"

1. Around July 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) posted a letter to the effect that he/she connects to “B” mobile game in the Defendant’s residence located in the Cheongju-si Office (hereinafter omitted); and (b) sold “B” game money (C)”; and (c) sent the victim D who reported and contacted with it to “40,000 won if he/she wired the money to the victim D.”

However, the defendant did not own the above game money, and even if he received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant made a false statement as above, and acquired 400,000 won from the victim to the FF Bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant using the above game money as the price for the game money on the same day.

In addition, from the same date to November 2 of the same year, the defendant deceivings the victims by the above means 29 times in total, as shown in the annexed crime list I, and acquired the total amount of KRW 11,563,00 from the victims by remittance.

2. On July 31, 2019, the Defendant habitually gamblingd the Defendant’s residence to “H” through a computer and joined the Internet gambling site as a member, and transferred KRW 360,000 to the F Bank account (J) designated by the said website operator, and charged the amount of money corresponding to the said amount, and predicted the outcome as to whether the number of the two cards among the gambling games provided by the said website is neglected or even the number of the two cards is predicted. As a result, the Defendant received dividends or the amount of betting money.
