However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[Criminal Power] On January 25, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act and obstruction of performance of official duties by the District Court of Jung-gu.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On June 4, 2014, at around 19:55, the injured Defendant: (a) stopped at the bus stops in front of the truth station in Pyeongtaek-si; (b) from the victim B (35) who is a bus engineer, the Defendant was demanded to the bus due to the following reasons: (c) the Defendant was satisfed on the bus in front of the truth station; (d) the victim was satisfed on the bus under the influence of alcohol; (e) the victim’s face and part of flab with the victim’s flab and hand flab; and (e) the victim’s face and flab was satd on the part of drinking and flab; and (e) when the victim’s body can again be recovered from the bus with the victim, the Defendant sustained the victim’s flab for about 14 days to undergo treatment.

2. The Defendant interfered with the business by assaulting the victim B, who is a bus engineer, at the time and place described in paragraph (1), and preventing the operation of the bus about about 10 minutes, thereby obstructing the victim’s bus operation by force.

3. After assaulting B, as described in paragraph (1), the Defendant escaped to B in the warehouse located in Pyeongtaek-si 112 on the same day. On the same day, the Defendant: (a) received a demand from E in the process of carrying out the 20:23 police box of Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station D that sent out after receiving the report from B; and (b) received the demand from E in the process of carrying out the 20:23 on the same day, “I am out of the warehouse. I am out of the warehouse. I am am me, I do not come to the police officer who does not go out of the hospital. I am me, I am back to the above E while I am, and am fright to put the Defendant’s hand in order to prevent the Defendant’s drinking; and (c) By drinking, I am frightd the chest part of E with the Defendant’s hand to stop the Defendant’s drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
