around 04:00 on April 10, 2020, the Defendant opened and intruded into the outside tent prior to the “D” operation of the victim C in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon. On the same day, the Defendant searched the inside door through a glass door between the outside tent and the outside gate, and opened and entered inside the entrance at around 04:25 on the same day. On the other hand, the Defendant cut off the amount of KRW 160,000 in cash owned by the victim within the Kacter’s safe and the Kacter, KRW 160,000 in total, KRW 30,000 in tobacco amounting to KRW 156,00 in total, and KRW 156,00 in market value.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 180,00 from the victim via the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.
