Punishment of the crime
On September 4, 2018, the Defendant driven a B K7 car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.093% in a section of about 300 meters from the second floor parking lot on the ground of the department store of New Coina to the third floor parking lot on the same building in the same building, which is located in the Dong-dong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City around September 21, 2018.
