Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CA110E vehicles B.
1. On August 13, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, while driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.240% in blood around 22:15, the Defendant had a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the direction and direction of the front side of the Gyeonggi-do Election Management Committee, which is located in the Young-gu Tong through the Young-gu, Suwon-si, Sinwon-si, into the intersection of heating works from the shooting distance of trees to the intersection of heating works, and by accurately manipulating the direction and direction of the front side and the direction and to prevent accidents.

3. Around August 13, 2013, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, who owns BCA110E and was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by liability insurance. However, the Defendant operated a section of approximately 2 km from the Young-gu commercial building located in the Young-si, Young-si, Young-si, Young-si, the location of the accident, in front of the Gyeonggi-do Election Management Committee for the Management of Gyeonggi-do, which is located in the Young-si, Young-si, the location of the accident.
