2. Judgment without any applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Some of the plaintiffs' claims against the defendant are remaining within the scope of KRW 9,500,000. Since compulsory execution based on the above notarial deed against the defendant against the defendant should be denied only for the portion exceeding the remaining debts. Thus, the plaintiffs' claims in excess of the above shall not be accepted.
