1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 64,710,00 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from May 4, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;
3. The portion claimed by more than 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, among damages for delay pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) on statutory interest rate, shall be dismissed.
