1. On October 9, 2018, around 00:40 on October 9, 2018, the Defendant intruded into the first floor of the building underground by using a cresh in the absence of the victim C after leaving the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. The Defendant laid out electric wires equivalent to one million won at the market price owned by the victim and stolen them on the D truck.

3. On October 9, 2018, the Defendant came to extend the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G at the construction site. The Defendant: (a) creshed and intruded the screen cresh installed outside the building by using the cresh in the absence after leaving the building; (b) 75,000 won at the victim’s market price, the victim’s ownership, filled out the waste cable in rush and stolen it on the D truck.

Around June 7, 2018, the Defendant: “2019 Highest 400, the Defendant stolen three lines (TFR-CV 1 group, TFR-CV 50SR 1 group) equivalent to KRW 1 million at the market price of the victim’s ownership located in the said construction site by using a cre in absence after the victim J was retired.
