1. The defendant's order for the payment of the goods price case against the plaintiff is issued by the Jungyang-si District Court of Southyang-si.

Reasons

1. On August 4, 2015, the Defendant indicated the claim filed an application against the Plaintiff for a payment order claiming payment of the price of goods with this Court No. 2015 tea4810, and this court issued a payment order on August 4, 2015 to the effect that “the Plaintiff shall pay to the Defendant KRW 775,949 and any delay damages therefor.” The above payment order was finalized at that time, but the Plaintiff purchased the goods from the Defendant, but it was not timely purchased from the Defendant, and the Plaintiff’s claim for exclusion of compulsory execution on the ground that the claim for the above payment order expired by prescription (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
