All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.
The Defendants appealed on the grounds that the sentence of the lower court (Defendant A: a fine of KRW 3 million, Defendant B: a fine of KRW 5 million) is too unreasonable. However, in light of all the sentencing conditions specified in the records and arguments of the instant case, even if considering the occurrence of the instant crime, the Defendants’ family relationship, economic situation, etc., it is not recognized that the sentence imposed by the lower court is too unreasonable on the Defendants for reasons as stated in its reasoning.
Since the defendants' appeal is groundless, all appeals are dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
