1. The defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from July 23, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

The facts that the Plaintiff leased KRW 20 million to the Defendant and extended KRW 10 million to the Defendant on September 6, 201, and that the Plaintiff was issued and delivered a loan certificate with the maturity of KRW 30 million as of July 6, 2016 by lending KRW 30,000,000 to the Defendant, can be recognized in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each of the evidence Nos. 1 and 2. As such, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from July 23, 2016 to the date on which the copy of the complaint of this case, which the Plaintiff seeks after the maturity of payment, to the day of full payment.
