The summary of the Defendant’s assertion was found three times at around August 2014 to the radio wave company operated by the Defendant, including cooling, return, purchase of air weather, etc. However, there was no physical contact, such as horses or indecent conduct, as indicated in the facts charged.

가. 피해자의 진술 내용 1) 경찰에서 작성한 진술서 피해자는 2014. 9.경 경찰에서 진술서를 작성하였는데, 그 진술서에는 ① 피고인이 2014. 8. 23. 10:30경 서울 중랑구 C에 있는 피고인이 운영하는 D전파사에서 피고인이 돈을 돌려주지 않고 가슴을 만지고 엉덩이를 만지면서 “아직은 쓸만하네”라고 말하여 어딜 만지냐고 하니까 “누나니까 만지지”라고 말하며 웃었고, ② 위와 같이 강제추행을 당한 날 기분이 나빴으나 그냥 웃으면서 참았는데 진술서를 작성하는 당일은 피고인의 태도가 너무 나빠서 신고를 하게 되었다는 내용이 기재되어 있다. 2) 경찰에서 촬영한 영상녹화물에 담긴 진술 내용 피해자는 2014. 9. 1. 서울해바라기여성아동센터에서 출석하여 다음과 같이 진술하였다. 가) 원래 피고인과는 같은 동네에 살면서 위 D전파사를 몇 차례 방문하여 안면이 있는 사이이다. 피고인은 원래부터 자신의 가게에 찾아온 여자들 중 재혼했거나 혼자 사는 여자 또는 젊은 여자들의 몸을 자주 만져 동네 여자들 사이에서 평판이 좋지 않았다. 나) 2014. 5.경 위...
