2. After an appeal is filed.

A. 1) On September 8, 1992, the Plaintiff entered into the instant insurance contract with the Defendant (formerly: Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd.) as follows (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

A) The principal insured was concluded. The principal insured: B ( husband of the Plaintiff): The insured amount of the Plaintiff’s insured amount: 20 million won per month: 91,700 won per month: 15 years of age for insured children; 22 years of age for insured children; 22 years of age for insured and insured children in accordance with attached Table 1 of the General Insurance Terms and Conditions of the instant insurance contract; and 3 months of age for insured children, the amount of the insurance amount for survival as follows is paid at the time of the relevant insurance contract or at the time when six months elapse from the date of the relevant insurance contract based on the age of insured children.

1. 1: 100,000 won through the age of 4: 20,000 won each year: 200,000 won through the age of 11: 30,000 won each year: 12 through the age of 14: 40,000 won (middle school school expenses) through the age of 17: 50,000 won each year (high school expenses) through the age of 18: 10,000 won each year until the age of 21: 10,000 won (high school expenses): 10,000 won each year; 22 years each year; 3 years each year, the Plaintiff entered into a special agreement on the conversion of school expenses from the terms and conditions of the insurance contract of this case into the insurance contract of this case with the Defendant, and 1,000,000 won and the company has entered into the said special agreement on the conversion of school expenses into the insurance contract of this case with the Defendant by the following day:

(4) The dividends referred to in paragraph (3) shall be all confirmed dividends and contractor dividends.
