A. The Defendant (Nam, E) is a person who operates a reading room on the fourth to fifth floor of the F building of Gangnam-si, and the Plaintiff (V and G) is a person who has received extracurricular lessons from the Defendant from October 2012 to November 7, 2013.

B. The Defendant’s indecent act against the Plaintiff committed an indecent act at the Defendant’s office on the fourth floor of the above reading room from February 2, 2013 to November 7, 2013 (hereinafter “instant crime”) by coercioning the Plaintiff on nine occasions in total as follows (hereinafter “instant crime”).
