1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The plaintiff asserts that the defendant is responsible for compensating for mental damage suffered by the plaintiff since he committed an unlawful act, such as taking a son, taking a gift with the plaintiff's husband C at any time, giving and taking a gift with one another, taking a marina for C, etc.
However, the evidence submitted by the plaintiff alone is insufficient to recognize that the defendant and C committed an unlawful act as alleged by the plaintiff, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as there is no reasonable ground.
