The defendant is a person who operates an empty site in the name of "C" on the first floor in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and the first floor.

On April 18, 2018, the Defendant imported and sold products for children subject to safety verification at “C” without reporting safety confirmation.
