Punishment of the crime
1. On November 26, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) from the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch as a result of the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) in the case of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

2.
