The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below reversed the judgment of the first instance court which acquitted the Defendant on the facts charged prior to the change ex officio on the ground that the indictment was changed after the appeal, and found the Defendant guilty of the fact that the alteration of documents among the altered facts charged for the reasons stated in its reasoning and the alteration of documents against employees of the apartment management office was found. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
