However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A person who is not an entrusted business entity or a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who is not an entrusted business entity shall not provide property or property benefits to persons who win at the results of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or similar things, and shall not gambling by using such prohibited acts.

피고인은 2015. 4. 5. 경 안양시 동안구 B 아파트, 108동 802호에 있는 피고인의 집에서 서울 올림픽 기념 국민 체육진흥공단과 수탁사업자가 아닌 자가 운영하는 인터넷 스포츠 도박 사이트인 “C ”에 접속하여 도박 사이트 운영 계좌인 유한 회사 팡팡 몰 명의의 농협은행 계좌로 38만 원을 입금하고, 축구, 야구 등 국내외 스포츠경기의 승패 등에 베팅하여 그 승패와 배당률에 따라 정해진 금액을 환급 받는 방법으로 도박을 한 것을 비롯하여 그때부터 2016. 10. 6. 경까지 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 총 845회에 걸쳐 합계 864,273,100원을 도박 사이트 운영 계좌에 입금하고 도박을 하였다.
