A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Seized evidence 1 to 8 shall be confiscated.
Punishment of the crime
1. A theft Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on Nov. 12, 2010, the Defendant: (b) was stolen by means of cutting down a line equal to KRW 300,00 of the market value of the victim, which was connected to the 300,000 square meters of electric wires owned by the victim C, located in the 8,000 Busan Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, by means of a junish park, which was managed by the victim C.
In addition, from around that time to September 15, 2012, the Defendant stolen electric wires and pipes equivalent to KRW 9,350,000 in total on 22 occasions, as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crimes List.
2. Around 01:00 on September 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by means of cutting with electric wires worth KRW 300,00,00 at the market price of the victim, who owned 30,000, an electric wire of KRW 300,000, which was owned by the victim C, located in the 8,000-dong, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si, and was installed at the entrance of the power distribution room; and (b) invaded the plastic net installed in the 8,00-dong, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, which was managed by the victim C.
In addition, from around that time to October 21, 2012, the Defendant stolen the electric wires of totaling KRW 575,000, total market price of three times, as shown in the annexed Table 2, from around that time, to around that time.
3. On September 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on September 23, 2012, the Defendant: (b) fell under the Gyeongcheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Incheon-si, which was managed by the Victim C; (c) and (d) in such a manner that the Defendant intruded into the vexical sports complex managed by the Defendant through a crime prevention window set up well by the Defendant and was connected to the distribution room; and (d) was cut off by a cutting machine with electric wires worth KRW 200,000, at the market price of the victim Gyeongcheon-do, Inc., a corporation owning electric wires
In addition, from around that time to October 22, 2012, the Defendant’s total market price is 250.5% of the total market price, as shown in the attached Table 3, between around that time and around that time.
