2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The defendant abused 60 million won or more of the plaintiff's property as follows.

Around October 27, 2014, the Defendant promised to pay the Plaintiff the damaged part, and that “Around October 27, 2014, the Chungcheong Police Station shall exclude the Plaintiff’s property from the deduction of the Plaintiff’s property, and shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 50,000 per month.”

Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay the plaintiff the damages amounting to KRW 430 million and the damages for delay.

① From January 2004 to December 201, the Plaintiff’s wage of KRW 2.5 million per month was deducted from the Plaintiff without agreement with the Plaintiff. As such, among the above KRW 2.5 million, the Plaintiff paid KRW 96 million per month (i.e., KRW 1 million per month x 96 months). ② The Plaintiff, while married with the Defendant, paid KRW 34 million to the Defendant’s debt, and the Defendant fulfilled the above marriage condition, he claimed KRW 34 million. ③ The Defendant borrowed KRW 13 million from the Plaintiff’s money or KRW 13 million from the Plaintiff’s money, and KRW 13 million from the Plaintiff’s money or KRW 700,000,000,000,000,000 won per month, and KRW 8,500,000,000,000,000 won per month, and KRW 63,50,000,00,000.
