A. The status of the parties 1) Defendant Gangwon-do Act on the Establishment and Operation of Local Medical Centers (hereinafter “Local Medical Center Act”)

() A local government that has established the Gangwon-do Gangseo Medical Center under the Gangwon-do Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of the Medical Center, and the Gangwon-do Gangseo Medical Center is established under the above law and is located in Gangseo-ro 2007, Gangseo-ro 2007 (hereinafter “instant hospital”).

Defendant E is a juristic person operating the instant hospital, and Defendant E is a doctor who is in charge of the diagnosis and treatment of internal combustion disease, fire extinguishing machine disease, and chronic smoking disease, etc. as the F of the instant hospital. 2) The net G (H students; hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) is a person who died on July 15, 2014 and was under treatment after being admitted to the instant hospital from July 13, 2014 to July 15, 2014, and died on July 06:49, 200; Plaintiff A and B are the deceased’s parents; Plaintiff C is the deceased’s form, and Plaintiff D is the deceased’s leakage.

B. On July 13, 2014, around 04:25, the Deceased filed an appeal for the instant hospital’s emergency room (hereinafter “the first internal hospital of this case”) with the head of the instant hospital, who was in charge of the treatment and treatment in the emergency room (hereinafter “the first internal hospital of this case”).

2) The medical personnel of the instant hospital conducted a heart test (hereinafter “the first heart test”) to the Deceased around 04:4 at the time of the first internal examination of the instant hospital at the time of the medical personnel’s diagnosis and the treatment results as follows: (a) the blood pressure of the Deceased at the time of the first internal examination of the instant hospital was 211-107mHg; (b) 109mHgs per minute; and (c) 20mHs per minute; and (b) the body temperature was 36mC; and (b) the medical personnel of the instant hospital conducted a heart test to the Deceased at around 04:4; and (e) at the point of the end of the heart level, at the point of the end of the CT Section (Seg Management and the heart level between the point of the instant hospital and the point of the heart level; and (e) at the point of the instant medical personnel’s blood pressure was automatically shown as a result of the instant medical examination of the instant hospital’s medical personnel.

C. The medical team of the instant hospital is the deceased.
