)은 건강기능식품 제조 등을 목적으로 설립된 회사이다. 피고 내츄럴엔도텍은 2010. 4. 26. 식약처로부터, 백수오, 속단, 당귀를 일정 비율로 혼합분쇄 열수추출(95°C 이상 4시간 가열) 여과 농축 건조의 과정을 거쳐 제조한 ‘백수오 등 복합추출물’(이하 ‘이 사건 백수오 등 복합추출물’이라 한다
