Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

On June 24, 2014, at around 07:50, the Defendant was using a metropolitan bus No. 9404, which was operated as a brupted area, and taken pictures of the shape of the victim B (n, 29 years old), the bridge, and the bridge inside the bus, around the time when the Defendant passed the vicinity of the plastic village stop located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Saero-dong.

Accordingly, the defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using devices similar to the camera, against his will.

Article 48(1) of the Criminal Act provides that Article 42(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes to be registered becomes a person subject to registration of personal information when a conviction on a sex offense in the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

However, this court has a duty to submit personal information to related agencies pursuant to Articles 42(1) and 43 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes when the suspension of sentence becomes invalidated in accordance with Article 61(1) of the Criminal Act.
