The defendant is the owner of a cargo vehicle B with a white wing III and one ton.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, from April 24, 2019 to 18:30 on the same day, the Defendant sold a net stand by using the above vehicle in front of the Heungdong-gu Seoul apartment house located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and sold a registration license plate in front of the vehicle in order to avoid the crackdown on the parking and stopping.

Accordingly, the defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number plate.
