1. Around December 2013, the Defendant became aware of a minor’s deemed rape through the Victim C (Min, 11 years of age) and Internet hosting.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim under 13 years of age.

On February 24, 2015, the Defendant introduced the Victim G (or 13 years of age) through his/her relative E and his/her female-friendly Gu F, and, along with the victim, E, and F, became an underground parking lot of the same Gu, where the victim, E, and F, play in the singing room and entertainment room located in Busan Sho-gu, along with the victim, E, and E, and the victim, E, and F, can drink the other’s snow.
