1. Defendant A

A. A. On December 21, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 grams of psychotropic drugs from Ecomtopian (one-name clopon; hereinafter referred to as “copon”) from Ecomtopian (one-name copon”) located in Nam-gu Incheon, Incheon, and then administered approximately 0.03g of them to coffee.

(300,000,000 won from the Incheon metropolitan bus terminal located in 15, Nam-gu, Incheon, and thereafter, purchased 0.4g of philopon in the form of free freight.

3) At around 19:50 on January 11, 2013, the Defendant transferred 300,000 won to F, and then purchased 0.39g of chophones in the form of chophones, from which he remitted 300,000 won to F. B. On December 20, 2012, the Defendant purchased chophones in the public toilets for subway 1 line located in the Nam-dong 125, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, with approximately 0.1g of chophones purchased as above, put about 0.1g of chophones into the public toilets for subway station located in 125, Nam-gu, Incheon, and put them into the chophones into the public toilets for injection, melting them into the same.
