around 00:01 on June 21, 2013, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.075%, the Defendant driven Category B (B) vehicle from the Gangseo-gu Seoul Fire-Fighting Dong to the front route of the airport 654 air route in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
