On February 24, 2017, the Defendant was indicted for interfering with the business of the Seoul Northern District Court and was sentenced to imprisonment on April 6, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 8, 2017.

On March 25, 2017 and March 27, 2017, the Defendant was a correctional officer of Sung Dong-dong detention house 6 Dong-dong H in Sungdong detention house located in Songpa-gu Seoul on March 25, 2017

I, J, K, and L were detained in the defendant's side room for the purpose of having the defendant punished.

M prepared and submitted a false complaint to four persons such as the above I in lieu of the complaint.

The accusation statement states that "The correctional officers under the above Sung-dong detention center 6 Dong-dong 6 Dong-dong 6 were punished as the defendant on March 23, 2017 because they sought around 00:30 on March 23, 2017." There was no fact that the defendant was arrested by the prison officers under the above Sung-dong detention center 6 Dong-dong 6 Dong-dong 6 Dong-dong Ha-dong 30 on March 23, 2017.

Nevertheless, on March 31, 2017, the defendant had the above M prepare a written accusation under the name of M, and submitted it to the Seoul East District Public Prosecutor's Office. On April 5, 2017, the defendant directly attended the investigation division of the Seoul East District Public Prosecutor's Office and the prosecutor's investigation officer N who is investigating the above complaint. The defendant requested the defendant around March 23, 2017 by four correctional officers under the above Sung Dong-dong Public Prosecutor's Office who are in charge of H around 6 Dong-dong Public Prosecutor's Office to punish the above four correctional officers.

In addition, on June 15, 2017, the Defendant appeared in the inspection room of the Seoul East District Public Prosecutor's Office No. 404 of Seoul East District Public Prosecutor's Office and was a correctional officer of Sungdong District Public Prosecutor's Office No. 6 of Dongdong District Public Prosecutor's Office No. 404 and investigation of the above accusation P around March 23, 2017.

I, J, K, and L made a false statement to the complainants who stated that the body of the defendant, such as the face, chest, head, and bridge, has been taken over several times in the area of the prison management team office, and that the defendant's face, chest, head, and bridge, was punished.
