1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

1. Defendant A around September 26, 2016, around 23:00 on September 26, 2016, from D, a book for the delivery of the card at the front of Guro-gu SeoulJ, one copy of the post office check (the card number: K) in the name of the non-sicker, and one copy of L’s national bank check (the card number: M).
Accordingly, the Defendant received a transfer of an access medium for electronic financial transactions.
2. On September 27, 2016, at around 00:15, the Defendant received a e-mail card (credit card number: P) in the name of a new bank (credit number: R) in the name of a national bank (credit number: card number:) 1, Q’s postal card (credit number: S) 1, Q’s postal card in the name of a national bank (credit number: card number: S) 1, and a e-mail card (credit number: card number) 1 in the name of a deceased person from September 23, 2016 to September 27, 2016, and received a e-mail card in the total of 9, as shown in attached Table 1, from September 23, 2016 to September 27, 2016.
Accordingly, the Defendant received a transfer of an access medium for electronic financial transactions.
3. Defendant C, at around 19:45 on September 26, 2016, at around 19:45, the Defendant: (a) received an O-registered bank check (the card number: P) in front of the apartment in front of the e-mailed apartment; and (b) obtained a total of five cards, as shown in attached Table 2, as shown in attached Table 2.
Accordingly, the Defendant received a transfer of an access medium for electronic financial transactions.
4. On September 26, 2016, around 17:40 on September 26, 2016, Defendant D received a total of three cards, as shown in the attached Table 3, including the receipt of a copy of a corporate bank card (credit card number: V) in the name of the deceased in front of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
Accordingly, the Defendant received a transfer of an access medium for electronic financial transactions.
[2016 Highest 4552 (Defendant D) uses and manages an access medium, unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts, any person may borrow or lend an access medium.
