The Plaintiff is a person who held title trust of the real estate indicated in the disposition (hereinafter “instant real estate”), and the Defendants are the successors of the title trustee or the title trustee.

On February 17, 1948, the Plaintiff held a title trust and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the network AC, network AD, network AE, Defendant C, D, and E, which had been an officer of the Plaintiff.

Family relations of the deceased AC and the network AE are as shown in the table. Each inheritance share is as shown in the table. Each heir's heir of the deceased AC is as listed in the table of "Indication of Defendant's Shares" 5 through 10, and the heir of the network AE is as listed in the table of "shares" 11 or 25. The defendant B is the heir of the network AD, and is the heir of the network AD, who succeeds to the status as the trustee of the network AD.

As a delivery of a duplicate of the instant complaint, the Plaintiff notified the Defendants that the title trust on the instant real estate should be terminated on the date of this judgment.

Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on June 13, 2017, which is the date this decision is rendered, with respect to each of the pertinent shares indicated in the “share of each Defendant” list among the instant real estate that the Defendants received title trust from the Plaintiff or inherited from the trustee.
