A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

1. Defendant A is the captain of the west-gun, Seocheon-gun, the coast-net fishing boat C (9.77 tons, the coast-line net, and the west-ship).

Any person who intends to run inshore fishery business which uses a powered fishing vessel with a gross tonnage of less than 10 tons shall obtain a permit for each fishing vessel or fishing gear from the Mayor/Do Governor who manages the port of registry of the relevant fishing vessel.

Although there was no permission from the Cheong-do governor to carry on a fishing boat fishing, which is one kind of inshore fishing, the Defendant’s captain, on August 1, 2019, at around 12:00, the Defendant left the port of west-gun, west-gun, Seocheon-gun, in writing at around 15:00 on August 1, 2019, entered the sea of approximately 2.9 nautical miles from the northwestwestwest bank, and up to 17:05 on the same day, the Defendant captured one fishing gear similar to the fishing gear used for a fishing boat fishing, which is not the fishing gear used for a fishing boat fishing, but for a fishing boat fishing, which is used for a fishing boat fishing at the coast of the above sea, with a total length of approximately 300 meters, a reduced 200m, 50m of water, 10m of water, and 10m of water attached thereto.

2. Defendant B is the owner of the above vessel.

The above captain A, who was employed by the defendant, committed the above violation in relation to the defendant's business.
