The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On June 3, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (here, 26 years of age) who was the former wife of the Defendant, who was going to move within the Defendant’s residence B B in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 2013, on several occasions due to his/her fingers and he/she had his/her face and body.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Declaration of intention that the victim does not want punishment after prosecution;
(c) Public prosecution dismissal: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
