Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On May 6, 2013, at around 20:20, the Defendant started from a parking lot in front of the red-Eup office located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, and operated approximately 8km-water vehicle B with a blood alcohol content of 0.162% in front of the wall gate located in the same Dongdaecheon-gun.
