On August 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around August 31, 2013, in order to avoid the control of the unmanned control camera in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, the Defendant left the front and rear number plate of the vehicle in front and rear, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by placing the door of the sales of a rooftop.
