부동산인도 청구의 소
1. The defendant delivers to the plaintiff the real estate stated in the attached list, and 50,000 won per month from March 11, 2017 to the above delivery date.
According to the evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including various numbers), 10, 11-3, and 14-3 of the evidence, and the purport of the whole pleadings, the following facts may be recognized: (a) the cause of claim and the changed cause of claim; and (b) the rent of real estate listed in the attached sheet exceeds KRW 500,000 per month as of the date of closing argument of this case.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver real estate listed in the attached list to the plaintiff, and to pay unjust enrichment calculated at the rate of KRW 500,000 per month from March 11, 2017 to the above delivery date as requested by the plaintiff, so the plaintiff's claim is justified.
