A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
Punishment of the crime
On January 16, 2017, the Defendant reported that “I will purchase three copies of a gift certificate” posted by the victim C by accessing the Internet B website through a computer at the 2017 nomenclature, and made a false statement to the effect that “I will sell three copies of a gift certificate if I send money.”
However, there was no intention or ability to send money even if the defendant received money from the victim because he did not have a lot of gift.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 138,00 from the victim to the D account in the name of the Defendant, as the price for goods, and received KRW 1,690,000 in total from the victim eight times from that time to August 9, 2017, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table of Crimes, from the victim.

1. Around October 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased a second-class and second-class motor vehicle E in the French area below Busan; (b) agreed to borrow KRW 11,700,000 per month from the victim FF Co., Ltd. to repay KRW 440,000 per month for 36 months after taking out the said motor vehicle as collateral; and (c) agreed to set up a mortgage on the said motor vehicle by the victim as collateral for the said obligation at KRW 11,70,000 on October 16, 2013.
Since January 2014, the Defendant borrowed KRW 2,50,000 from the credit service provider on his name in the non-exclusive area in Busan Southern-dong, Busan-do, and the Defendant could not deliver the said car to the said credit service provider for the purpose of securing its location.
Accordingly, the defendant concealed the above car which is the object of the victim's right, thereby hindering the victim's exercise of right.
2. The Defendant violating the provisions of the Reserve Forces Act is the members of the reserve forces belonging to the central population in employees of the valley-Eup.
The members of the reserve forces shall be prohibited from delivering a muster notice for the reserve forces under the Resident Registration Act without justifiable grounds.
