A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 07:00 on February 17, 2012, the Defendant pretended to be the staff of the department store and intruded into the said department store with a view to stealinging the goods supplied and the store display items, which were located in D in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, with a view to stealinging them. (i) At the F store display stand managed by the victim E, the Defendant 10 male wallets with a total of KRW 150,000 in the market price of the H store display site and warehouse managed by the victim G, and 116,000 in the market price of KRW 150,000 in the H store display site and warehouse managed by the victim G, and 310,000,000 in the market price of the J store managed by the victim I, and 648,000 won in the market price of the victim 60,000 won in the daily market price of the victim.
As a result, the Defendant intruded on a building managed by people, and stolen things worth 2,839,000 won in total.
2. At around 07:00 on June 20, 2012, the Defendant: (i) around 7,000,000 the market price of the goods store located on the site of the above D transfer parking lot, and (ii) up to 69 K-Swis Swiss household 69, 2, and 2) up to 50 e-XR’s market price managed by the victim N, which is the sum of 600,000,000 won in total, and 7,000,000,000 won in the E-XR’s market price managed by the victim N, and was stolen or stolen.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen goods equivalent to the total market value of KRW 7,600,000.
3. At around 07:40 on July 17, 2012, the Defendant intruded into the same place as Paragraph (1) in the same manner as Paragraph (1). On July 17, 2012, the Defendant cut off 10 women’s wallets that amounting to KRW 450,000 at the market price on the display stand managed by the Victim P, one handbag in an amount equivalent to KRW 465,00 at the market price, one handbag in an amount equal to KRW 465,00 at the market price, three handbags in an aggregate of KRW 521,00 at the market price, and 2) one handbags in an shopping bag managed by the Victim R.
Accordingly, the Defendant is a person.
