The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On November 30, 2019, at around 12:10 on November 30, 2019, the Defendant presented the Defendant’s name cards to the victim D (V, 45 years old) who was found to have parked in the Defendant’s parking lot of the building in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and was assaulted by the victim, such as plucking, plucking, etc. of the victim’s left hand, in order to bring about the said name by bringing about the said defect, and plucking, etc.
2. Determination of applicable provisions of law: Judgment dismissing public prosecution by the defendant on June 2, 2020, which was after the prosecution of this case under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act, on the grounds that the defendant had reached an agreement with the victim and the victim expressed his intention not to punish the defendant: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
