Purport of claim and appeal
The first instance court.
1. The reasoning of the judgment by the court of first instance is as follows, except for the following and the addition of some of the reasons for the judgment by the court of first instance, and thus, it is identical to the ground for the judgment by the court of first instance. As such, it shall be cited in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article
"G" in Part 10 of the 7th judgment of the court of first instance shall be added to "D".
After the judgment of the court of first instance No. 7 of the 9th trial, “A” is added to “(the same shall apply even if the Plaintiff’s entries in Gap evidence No. 22-1 through 3, Gap evidence No. 23, Gap evidence No. 24-1 through 7, and Gap evidence No. 25).”
2. The judgment of the first instance court is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
