1. The Defendant is limited to the Plaintiff’s sale on March 31, 2017 with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list.

Reasons

On March 31, 2017, the plaintiff purchased from the defendant the real estate listed in the separate sheet (the entire shares of 41.49/815 A) in KRW 150,000,000, and paid the full price per contract date to the defendant, and the defendant did not follow the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer, and the defendant is recognized as the defendant.
