1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 16,973,949 and the interest rate of KRW 34.9% per annum from July 14, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons

(2) A decision by public notice of applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) is rendered on the date of the second pleading.
