1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 6,300,00 for Plaintiff A; and (b) KRW 10,500,000 for Plaintiff B; and (c) from November 19, 2017 to May 18, 2018.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On January 11, 2015, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement between D and D through the brokerage of Licensed Real Estate Agent C, which operates the “C Licensed Real Estate Agent Office”; Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement between D and D to determine and lease KRW 301 of the multi-family house on the fourth floor E (hereinafter “301”; the entire building is referred to as “the instant multi-family house” until January 10, 2017; and KRW 35 million as the deposit money; and Plaintiff B received the fixed date of the move-in report on March 25, 2015; and Plaintiff B received the lease agreement on August 20, 2015 and received the fixed date of the move-in report on August 27, 2015; and Plaintiff B concluded the lease agreement with G Licensed Real Estate Agent D through the brokerage of G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office operating the F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office; and Plaintiff B concluded the move-in report on July 27, 2015;

B. The Defendant entered into a mutual aid agreement with C, G, and C in the conduct of real estate brokerage by intention or negligence, thereby causing property damage to a transaction party, the Defendant entered into a mutual aid agreement with each transaction party to compensate for damage suffered by the transaction party by imposing liability pursuant to the Business Affairs of Licensed Real Estate Agents and Report of Real Estate Transactions Act (hereinafter “Licensed Real Estate Agents Act”), and C and G have arranged each lease agreement between the Plaintiffs and D within the respective mutual aid agreement period.

C. At the time of conclusion of each of the above lease agreements, C and G explain the legal relationship, such as the right to collateral security, lease on a deposit basis, etc., stated in the above certificate, to the plaintiffs as to the right to the multi-family house and the site concerned, and deliver the above certificate to them.
