1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 366,058,580 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 15, 2017 to the date of full payment.
1. The Plaintiff, from around 2006 to June 15, 2016, has continuously supplied the Defendant with the Chinese flag. However, the Plaintiff was not paid KRW 366,058,58,580 among the supply price of oriental medicine.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 366,058,580 won for the price of delivered goods payable to the plaintiff and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from April 15, 2017 to the date of full payment after the delivery date of the original payment order.
